For the safety and protection of pets and owners alike, we do not accept returns.  If there is a question about a quilt upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours for resolution.

We can ship outside of North America.  Please contact us directly with your location for specific shipping fees.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

Your shipping and billing information will only be disclosed for the purpose of order fulfillment, communication with you (or a designee) about an order or legal reasons (i.e. taxes).  

Custom requests may require a 50% deposit at the time of order.
